Refunds

Refunds are only granted if the product arrives damaged and it can't be replaced. If you receive a damaged package, kindly document the box and its contents, and contact me asap. I will file an insurance claim with the shipper whenever possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The buyer will have to cover the cost of shipping and all artwork must be received back at the studio in its original condition. We recommend taking extra care to safely pack the products being returned. 

Made-to-order work is not eligible for returns.

Terms of Service

All products are handmade, so this results in natural variations in finish, color and size.

All listed dimensions are close approximations.

Disclaimer

Decorative pieces: All pieces are made purposefully in the hopes that they last for many generations, however ceramics are fragile by nature. Handling with extra care is recommended. 

Food and drinkware: All glazes used are food safe! While all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, we recommended to hand-wash all ceramics, since this protects the surface from abrasion overtime.

Shipping

In-stock: All in-stock orders will be processed and be shipped within 8 business days. 

Made-to-order: Made to order pieces will ship in 4-6 weeks. Contact me for details.

Carriers: All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS.

Fee: Shipping costs are included with the exception of oversized/overweight items.

Locations: Currently, only automating shipping to the US and Canada (sorry!). Abroad? Please reach out via email and we can work on a custom quote.
